This individual will be responsible for the development, support, improvement, production and success of our existing ADC WorldMap Digital Atlas product.

Responsibilities:

• Research, evaluate and acquire geographic data sources throughout the world to be included in ADC WorldMap.
• Build topology, enter data attributes, check for errors and verify accuracy.
• Convert, prepare and edit digital map data to align with our ADC WorldMap product.
• Convert, prepare and edit digital map data to align with our ADC WorldMap product.
• Work closely with marketing department on product documentation and promotional materials containing technical documentation.
• Provide first-level technical support to customers and log communications in CRM system.
• Work closely with team members to meet strategic guidelines for ADC WorldMap.

Required Skills & Experience

• Work closely with team members to meet strategic guidelines for ADC WorldMap.
• Associate/Bachelor Degree with GIS emphasis or 2 yrs of equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience with ArcGIS desktop products.
• Knowledge of map data products including understanding of coordinate systems.
• Project management experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Innovative thinking encouraged.
