The date is fast approaching for the Wisconsin Land Information Association (WLIA) Spring Regional Meeting happening in Wausau on May 15th and 16th.  The theme for the event is "information through action."

The final agenda covers a wide range of topics, including a status update on the state budget and how it affects the GIS community, a discussion of public records and the role of contractors, a presentation by state Chief Information Officer David Cagigal, and much more.

Chris Cialek and John Hoshal from the Minnesota Geospatial Information Office will also be presenting two different sessions on GIS operations in Minnesota state government.
