	-Made fix to GUI.
	
Change: January 4th, 2018 (01-04-18) as V2.0.0
	-Significant changes across the tool including but not limited to the following:
		-- Removal of Export format as acceptable parcel submission format
		-- Removal of Floodplain and Farmland Zoning types as required submissions
		-- Addition of all Robinson Map Library (RML) data submission feature types to the GUI
		-- New contexts under which the .ini submission form will not be created
		-- Strengthening of existing logic to prevent against false flags being thrown.
		-- Various additional testing functions for broad-level, in-line, and immediate errors. 
	- This update makes all previous versions of the Submission and Validation Tool obsolete. Previous versions of the tool will not-execute and users should download a new version of the tool from https://www.sco.wisc.edu/parcels/tools/.

	- Slight change to avoid the following flags from being thrown on records carrying a TAXYOLYEAR of 2018 (in V4 context):
		-- Both the PROPCLASS and AUXCLASS field are <Null> and a value is expected
