The Wisconsin State Cartographer's Office (SCO) maintains a list of e-mail addresses for the sole purpose of announcing publications and news available from the SCO web site. The list is used to announce web publication of each issue of the Wisconsin Mapping Bulletin and selected short news stories and announcements. The SCO will not distribute the list, nor knowingly provide access to the list to any other party.
