The UW-Madison Geospatial Alliance is again sponsoring a Geospatial Summit in 2016. This annual event showcases the research, instruction, and outreach efforts of University Wisconsin faculty, staff, and students, as well highlighting as the linkages between the university and the broader geospatial community in the state.

The event will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 in Gordon Commons on the UW-Madison campus.

The Summit is in the early stages of planning. Typically a call for abstracts goes out in February. More information will be available on the UW-Madison Geoalliance site in the near future.

Attendance at the Summit is open to all, and there is no registration fee.

The UW-Madison Geospatial Alliance is a group of faculty, staff, and students involved in geospatial work. The Alliance is a network for sharing information and resources, and helping support student needs through a help desk, online course schedules, and information about service-learning and career opportunities.
