Deployment Manager

LocusView is seeking a Deployment Manager to provide support to client end-users in a construction field environment. Responsibilities include classroom and field training, demonstrations, technical support, development of training material, testing, and troubleshooting. This role will also be responsible for assisting with setting-up and managing field data collection hardware and software.

The Deployment will have complete responsibility for providing hands-on training and support for multiple field users. This role does not have direct reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with GIS, IT, and/or mobile technologies
• Experience with field-based data collection including GPS/GNSS, mapping and surveying technologies
• Must be self-directed with the ability to organize and coordinate complex work schedules
• Ability to work independently in a construction environment
• Ability to clearly and efficiently communicate with field users
• Ability to create written protocols and user manuals
• Quick learner that easily assimilates to new technologies
• 2+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Esri ArcGIS
• Mobile device management
• Utility or pipeline experience
