What You Will Be Doing:
Provide expertise on a wide variety of GIS related projects for both internal and external clients. The position will primarily be responsible for assisting our team on transportation-related data analysis, advanced map development and configuration of web-based GIS solutions. As an Esri Business Partner, Bolton & Menk leverages the latest GIS software technology and methods for delivering cutting edge results.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Computer Science or GIS related field from an accredited college or university
- 3 or more years of progressive GIS experience preferred
- Extensive experience with ESRI software, specifically ESRI ArcGIS Pro v3.x
- Demonstrated experience with Geoprocessing within the ArcGIS environment
- Experience configuring and managing ArcGIS Online/Enterprise Maps and Apps
- Effective interpersonal written & verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of GIS as it relates to transportation, public agencies, and planning.
- Knowledge of developing automation within the ArcGIS environment using scripting languages such as Python.
- Developing knowledge of data analytics, advanced data visualization techniques and Big Data.
- Ability to communicate and promote geospatial solutions amongst others
