IS Data Services – Senior

Design, develop and enhance Wisconsin’s Lake Water Quality Database and Citizen Lake Monitoring Network Meta-database systems. Integrate Wisconsin lake data into the Surface Water Integrated Monitoring System, Water Assessment and Data retrieval System and other Department information systems as well as into the U.S. EPA’s Water Quality Exchange. Analyze and prepare lake water quality and ecosystem health assessment figures, cartographic products and reports in downloadable formats for display and distribution. Assure high quality data entry, analysis and reporting of lake data to provide uniform, accessible and consistent information for lake mangers and decision-makers. Design guidance, serve as a technical consultant and lead training and support for regional and basin lake staff, consultants, lake organization and citizen lake monitors engaged in lake assessment and reporting. Serve as a member of the Wisconsin Lakes Partnership Team.
