Qualifications: An Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering and five years of documented progressively responsible experience, or ten yearsof documented progressively responsible experience. Experience must be in highway and bridge construction or civil construction. A completeunderstanding and thorough knowledge of highway, bridge or civil construction inspection and project reporting. Must have computerexperience and be able to apply that experience to GIS applications. Willingness to travel and work varied hours including some evenings andweekends.
