The position will entail the development of specific GIS project related tasks in disciplines like transportation, pipeline, geology, energy, and land development, and ecological sites. Will provide web programming support for ArcMobile field, ArcServer and HTML-based web applications. This position will also provide application development as well as technical support to engineers and scientists utilizing GIS applications.
Requirements:
* BS in Computer Science or Geography with at least 10 years of related experience.
* Thorough knowledge of ESRI arcGIS desktop tools and analytical processes, including manipulating data, designing, and organizing spatial data coverage
* Experience with ESRI ArcSDE and ArcGIS server administration
* Must be able to organize and convert existing data into professional presentation format.
* Previous experience with leading a large scale project in a civil or environmental engineering environment (Construction, Water, Land Development, Utilities, Transportation, etc.)
* CAD application development, networks and systems integration.
