POSITION DESCRIPTION
Flexible hours between 7am – 4pm, Part-Time to Full-time, Salary ($15/hr), Job Duration is temporary
GENERAL PURPOSE
Design and develop web-pages using Titan CMS and ARC GIS On Line (AGOL) and related technologies. Performs tasks related to web content design and development as directed.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Works under the supervision of the MCAMLIS Project Manager with additional work assignments from the Milwaukee County Land Information Office (MCLIO) Staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzes information to determine, recommend, and plan layout for the MCLIO Website.
Maintains MCLIO web site content by keeping shared information current.
Works closely with the MCLIO staff to ensure that all functions work correctly and are integrated properly into the design of the web site.
Formulates plan outlining steps required to maintain web site content. Writes detailed description of site requirements, web page functions, and steps required to develop or modify existing web page(s).
Considers web site capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Recommends web site changes that can be supported within existing web content management constraints.
Documents website errors and maintenance procedures. Analyzes information to determine, recommend, and plan layout for web site expansion.
Prepares reports as may be required to summarize web page layouts as needed for planning future development. Must possess a positive attitude with the desire to learn new concepts and technology.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
(A) Graduation from high school and an accredited college with an associate degree in Geographic systems technology or similar field of education or currently working towards an associate degree in Geographic information systems technology and/or
(B) A minimum of two years experience in a computer related field.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
(A) Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, CSS and web page design.
(B) Knowledge of Windows, ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, AGOL and various software packages.
