The Wisconsin Legislative Technology Services Bureau (LTSB) GIS Team maintains a variety of spatial datasets on behalf of the Wisconsin Legislature. These political subdivision layers are developed from the U.S. Census Bureau’s decennial census data. The municipal ward data collected after a 2016 Wisconsin statute change is based on locally-produced data, everything else is based on U.S. Census data.
