CTR (a joint venture of CH2M HILL, Teng & Assoc. (exp U.S. Services), and Rise Engineering (Arcadis US)) provides program management services to the Chicago Dept. of Water Management (CDWM). As part of the CTR program team, supporting the CDWM Capital Improvement Program, this position will report to the CTR Water Main Planning Team Manager. CTR provides planning, design, and construction services for the water main that is replaced by DWM as part of its capital improvement program (CIP) and the primary responsibility of this position is to assist with planning the water main replacement program. The current need is for a Project Coordinator to provide work order processing for the Department of Water Management including issuing and tracking of work orders and scheduling work with field crews.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Process work orders for Department of Water Management sewer and water repairs
- Prepare and/or track project schedules
- Create ad hoc reports from the maintenance management system, and be able to manipulate data (filter, sort, transform) in Excel
- Assist in the development of KPI reporting
- Track work order status and other schedule information to develop key reports for upper management
- Analysis of the sewer maintenance program and related reporting
- Utilize City of Chicago and CTR data systems including; CSR, Infor EAM, PCS and Arc Logistics
- Assist CTR staff to develop interface and reporting between schedules, CSR and GIS
- Use tables and other mobile devices
- Monitor in-house progress and process paperwork and coordination in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office software emphasis on Excel
- Solid understanding of data (Access/SQL or other databases)
- Familiarity with CMMS/EAM/ERP
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the Customer Support
- Familiarity with Customer Request Systems
- Familiarity with CMMS/EAM/ERP or other Tracking Software System
- P6 or Microsoft Project
- Experience with the interpretation of utility records/maps
