Job Summary & Duties:
The Director of Marketing & Sales is responsible for providing accurate and timely marketing and sales information to the company’s strategic decision-makers. The Director of Marketing & Sales will build and oversee an extensive research and analysis effort focused on the company’s industry, competitors, potential and existing customers, and current sales and marketing campaigns. The individual in this position also provides leadership to teams focused on implementing sales, marketing, and consulting efforts targeting existing and new markets.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.
- A Masters degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing management is required.
Must have a background in technology or the ability to obtain an understanding of the technology and systems used by Mandli. Must have the ability to quickly learn the standards and regulations applicable to the company’s industry. Must have business prospecting and presentation skills. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills.
