Job Summary:
Sambatek is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Land Survey project team. This individual will help us grow and expand our land surveying practices by collaborating with other internal disciplines as well as coordinating external client meetings, interviews and proposals.
Duties:
- Manages multi-discipline projects.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and empowerment to staff
- Oversees client relationships, client development, and client retention
- Prepares and/or authorizes proposals, project budgets, and client presentations
- Coordinates workload
- Remains at the forefront of emerging industry practices
- Mitigates team conflict and communication problems
- Develops long lasting relationships with clients to meet their needs and desires
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Qualifications:
- Associates of Applied Sciences or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying
- Professional Licensure for Land Surveying
- 10+ years of experience preferred
- Experience managing large projects or large tasks on big projects
- Ability to manage a project team as well as multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong self-motivation and excellent communication skills
