Job Summary:
In a typical day at HTPO you will be drafting a variety of survey drawings including boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, easement exhibits, and subdivision plats; working with a high-quality team of surveyors and engineers; collecting site research documents and calling for utility locates.
You will be responsible for preparing site layout construction computations for survey crews and assisting with Quality Control for site staking, interpretation of field notes, selection of benchmarks, and working on boundary and area computations.
Qualifications:
- Five years’ experience working as a Survey CAD technician with AutoCAD Civil 3D. MicroStation experience a plus.
- Understanding of land surveying fundamentals.
- Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) certification. Field experience desirable.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- The desire to go above and beyond to meet deadlines and achieve outstanding results for our clients
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple assigned projects
- Proficient verbal and written English skills
