Job Summary & Duties:
KL Engineering, Inc., a Wisconsin based consulting engineering firm, is accepting resumes for a fulltime Surveyor in our Madison office. KL Engineering is an award-winning civil engineering firm located in Madison, Wisconsin with offices in Menomonie and Green Bay. We provide our clients with a full range of services: transportation engineering, planning, and design; environmental studies; surveying/GIS; construction management; and more. Responsibilities include: field survey work during all months of the year, processing collected survey data and CAD drafting. A valid Driver License with a good driving record is necessary.
Qualifications:
Working under the direction of a Survey Crew Chief, the successful applicant must be familiar in the latest technologies in the surveying industry, possess strong communication skills, have field survey experience, an Associate Degree or better in Land Surveying/Civil Engineering Technology. The qualified candidate should have experience with Total Station and GNSS Rover (Trimble preferred), topographic surveys, property surveys, control surveys and AutoCAD/Civil3D. Candidates with proven
field survey experience with a desire to learn latest technologies and obtain a PLS license will also be considered.
