The Land Information Data Entry Technician will work with a variety of County Departments to scan, digitize, clean up and input county land records. The County is updating to a modern land records system, and the Land Information Data Entry Technicians will play a key part in ensuring that data is correct within the system. This position will involve working with survey records, land descriptions, plats, highway documents, and land use & septic permits; familiarity with the public land survey system is a plus.
This position is a grant funded, limited term, unbenefited position. The maximum number of hours worked for the remainder of 2018 shall not exceed 200 hours and a total of 725 hours have been budgeted for 2019. The position schedule is flexible but must be worked between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
