Job Summary:
Are you a data guru? Do you enjoy validating and updating a large volume of technical information? If so, bring your positive energy to ATC! We’re looking for an Asset Data Specialist to help validate and update our data for substation and transmission line assets in support of ATC’s planning, operations, asset management, construction, and compliance practices.
Duties:
You’ll use your diligence, your database management and problem-solving skills to maintain and improve data integrity and monitor and provide oversight and training to insure ratings processes and procedures are properly followed. You’ll also analyze and provide feedback as to the effectiveness of our current processes and procedures, helping identify opportunities for improvement in those areas.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with a minimum of an associate’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline to enter and maintain transmission line and substation data into our asset database, the ratings database, and other systems of record to be used for our maintenance management and ratings programs. These programs determine when and how often we perform maintenance activities on the system and also how we maintain the ratings of our electric system.
