Job Summary:
Berntsen International Inc., headquartered in Madison Wisconsin, is a recognized leader in providing boundary and infrastructure marking products to surveyors and engineers. This 40-year old family-owned company is growing its next generation of marking products and seeking high-energy individuals to support these innovative IoT marking solutions. Berntsen is looking for a Solutions Specialist to manage delivery of the InfraMarker solution line. This well-organized person will coordinate product delivery, ‘on-board’ new customers including delivery of on-site and remote training, provide customer support, and implement product and service upgrades.
Qualifications:
An ideal applicant for the Solutions Specialist position will have:
- Experience with subsurface utility engineering, utility locating, or utility field management preferred
- Experience with mobile data collection and GIS software;
- Strong customer engagement skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- The ability to travel regionally or nationally
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (associates degree & experience may substitute
