Job Summary:
Mi-Tech has a current opening for a full time Right of Way Agent in Weston, WI. Duties:
- Conduct Easement document analysis
- Ability to map out Easement descriptions onto overview maps
- Computer research for property owner information
- Courthouse research for existing easements, deeds, and survey information
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of right of way or mapping experience working in all aspects of the field preferred.
- Courthouse research and real estate principle knowledge required.
- Ability to follow basic legal property and easement descriptions
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
- Flexible work hours will be required.
