GIS – Data Analyst

Job Summary

Culver Franchise System, LLC (CFS) is currently looking for a Data Analyst – GIS to join the Finance team at our Support office in Prairie du Sac, WI. This position will support geographic information system (GIS) function by providing business data analytics & support business intelligence to drive sustainable growth solutions, while coordinating & participating with other departments to determine reporting & analysis needs.

Duties include:

• Support the strategic advancement of demographic insights & reports for growth in both new & existing markets
• Deliver insights of market-level analytics & reporting to inform key decision makers
• Create, maintain, & enhance ArcGIS Online web maps & functionality
• Support relation between internal & external business insights to create cohesive business intelligence across various health metrics of system performance
• Provide project support to local restaurant marketing strategies

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography or other related field
• 1-3 years of experience in retail location, real estate, and demographics analytics
• Advanced skill level with Esri products
• Experience with ArcGIS Business Analyst tool is preferred
• Analytic and creative approach to problem solving
• Certificate in GIS
