Diversified Infrastructure Services (DIS) is a land services contractor providing Surveying, Geomatics and Engineering services to the water & wastewater, construction, telecommunications, power, oil & gas industries; among others. DIS has offices throughout Wisconsin & the United States, and is currently experiencing growth and has an immediate opening in the Survey Division. We are actively pursuing full-time Land Surveyors or Survey Technicians with minimum of 2 years of field experience to add to our current staff. This position comes with unique project and growth opportunities and will be primarily located in Green Bay, WI.
Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of Trimble Survey equipment (GPS, Total Stations & Data Collectors)
- Ability to interact well with others in a team environment
- Detail oriented with proficient organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to draw valid conclusions by interpreting data and establishing facts
Desired knowledge & experience:
- Execute boundary, easement, deed and title review
- Ability to validate road right-of-ways based on recorded documents
- Proven understanding of boundary retracements
- Perform boundary surveys independently or mentored
- Understand survey boundary laws and state statutes
- 2-5 years of related experience (internship or full-time)
Requirements:
- Proficient with AutoCad Civil 3D and/or Carlson
- Ability to regularly lift/carry up to 50 pounds of equipment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to successfully pass a drug screening
Required education:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology or Surveying Engineering.
