Diversified Infrastructure Services (DIS) is a land services contractor providing Surveying, Geomatics and Engineering services to the water & wastewater, construction, telecommunications, power, oil & gas industries; among others. DIS has offices throughout Wisconsin & the United States, and is currently experiencing growth and has an immediate opening in the Survey Division. We are actively pursuing full-time Land Surveyors or Survey Technicians with minimum of 2 years of field experience to add to our current staff. This position comes with unique project and growth opportunities and will be primarily located in Green Bay, WI.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Trimble Survey equipment (GPS, Total Stations & Data Collectors)
  • Ability to interact well with others in a team environment
  • Detail oriented with proficient organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Ability to draw valid conclusions by interpreting data and establishing facts

Desired knowledge & experience:

  • Execute boundary, easement, deed and title review
  • Ability to validate road right-of-ways based on recorded documents
  • Proven understanding of boundary retracements
  • Perform boundary surveys independently or mentored
  • Understand survey boundary laws and state statutes
  • 2-5 years of related experience (internship or full-time)

Requirements:

  • Proficient with AutoCad Civil 3D and/or Carlson
  • Ability to regularly lift/carry up to 50 pounds of equipment
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Able to successfully pass a drug screening

Required education:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology or Surveying Engineering.
