Summary:
PSE is looking for a full-time enthusiastic Senior Geographic Information System (GIS) Analyst to join our highly collaborative GIS team. Our geospatial services include data migration, mapping updates, web GIS solutions, system administration, and software installation. You will primarily be building GIS’s, directing implementation efforts, using leading technology, managing, and supporting GIS’s and our utility clients. This could include the implementation of ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro. A successful candidate would be able to work on multiple different projects, exhibit excellent time management skills, and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities:
- ArcGIS Enterprise system deployments and updating
- Map service publication and management
- Administration of ArcGIS Online and Portal for ArcGIS
- Creation of ArcGIS Sites and Hubs
- Field Maps and Survey123 workflow development
- Data schema management
- Documentation
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in geography with a concentration/certificate in GIS, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience as a GIS administrator including deployments of ArcGIS Enterprise
- Experience with MS SQL database management and query language
- Experience deploying ArcGIS web apps, Collector, Survey123 and other ArcGIS tools.
- Extensive experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Desktop.
- Working knowledge of IIS, SSL certification and server federation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of IIS, SSL certification and server federation
- Knowledge of electric utility systems, gas and water utility systems
- Experience with ETL tools like Model Builder or FME
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python and JavaScript
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Oracle Database and MS Access
- Experience with the Utility Network Extension and Geometric Networks
