Real Property Lister (RPL) LTE

Duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Perform property research in the Register of Deeds Office and in the Land Information Office using various software or hard copy research methods
• Ability to read legal descriptions, and compile notes with great detail
• Follow detailed instructions for data entry to maintain current real estate property records
• Work with a team as well as working independently

Minimum Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions

High School Diploma and interest in real estate, land records, record keeping, land title, surveying or similar field.
