The Freshwater Collaborative is looking to hire a graduate student with GIS experience as a student hourly to work on a GIS mapping project to define the watersheds around the 13 UW Universities. The position is remote as the work is done online. Applicants must have the skills required to do this.
We know the watersheds have been defined by the DNR and within Milwaukee, and we are looking to expand to the entire state. Here are some resources that currently exist:
The position is project based and works closely with the Freshwater Collaborative Executive Director and Marketing Manager. This completed work will be used to explain water systems that we all encounter and challenges that they are facing. To apply, email Marissa Jablonski.
