This integral position will provide leadership and subject matter expertise for agencywide GIS platforms, including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Portal and ArcGIS Hub. These responsibilities include setting governance policies; account and license management and planning for technological change. As an expert in the application of these platforms, this position will also provide Tier 2 technical support and solution consulting to DNR staff.

Qualifications
Please make sure to describe any education, training, and/or experience you have with the following qualifications within your resume and/or letter of qualifications in order to be considered for this position:
Minimally qualified candidates will have each of the following:
- Experience using ArcGIS Online to configure applications.
- Experience using ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro), extensions and ArcSDE Enterprise databases to manage geospatial data.
- Experience providing geospatial technical support and consulting services to customers.
In addition, highly qualified candidates will have one or more of the following:
- Experience with managing GIS or IT projects.
- Experience managing an ArcGIS Online organization with 10 or more named user accounts.
- Experience setting GIS governance policies, best practices and/or user guidance.
- Experience with designing and documenting geospatial information technology architecture.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Arcade and/or other GIS/IT scripting languages.
