Description:
* Develop, and manage a system for date collection, data capture, quality control compliance, and follow-up.
* Collect and manage data from the various branches to include federal operations, environmental compliance, civil engineering, and CFMO to include maps, drawings, and project data in a format tht supports GIS functionality.
* Coordinate with appropriate state NGB, HQDA, DOD to ensure appropriate deadlines are either met or a negotiated slip in the deadline is agreed to before a deadline is not met. * Serve as the primary link to subject matter experts at NGB with counterparts at the state level. When no SME is available within the state the contractor coordinates with NGB to insure correct input is received. * Responsible for managing the accuracy, quality and timeliness of data input the Real Property Database from each appropriate directorate within the state and ARNG training site.
* Responsible for managing quality control, including inspection of facilities, data being submitted for Real Property Accountability.
* Implement Real Property Aspects of NGR AR 420-10, NGR 415-5, NGR 405-80, and the National Guard Real Estate Manual for Federal Property in the AL ARNG.
* Manage PRIDE real property inventory and project management modules. Produce reports from PRIDE for internal management and higher headquarters.
* Execute and manage the annual Installation Status Report data plan for review and approval by the Adjutant General. Attend annual ISR training. Coordinate with Facility Focus team leader to integrate ISR data into Facility Focus database, to support change orders and contract modifications for assigned projects.
* Update and manage the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) database on a quarterly basis. Maintain relationship with other directorates and National Guard Bureau to ensure stationing data is up to date.
* Serve as the primary POC for providing data from the various real property databases into Facility Focus in a format that supports GIS functionality.

Requirements:
* Must be thoroughly familiar with the operations of the ARNG and the Army National Guard Real Estate Manual for Federal Property
* Proficient with Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) database.
* Demonstrated ability to apply planning skills to projects.
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written; good organization ability.
