Job Description:
We are seeking an RF Project Manager to provide services to radio system and wireless clients.
Overview of Responsibilities:
* Supervise project teams, provide the leadership and energy necessary to motivate staff and achieve goals
* Establish project scope and schedules between client, technical and project personnel
* Communicate with project team and clients
* Lead regularly-scheduled project huddles and meetings, including kick off and close-out
* Coordinate project resources and project deliverables
* Lead the development of reports, analyses and project presentations
* Assure the quality of project deliverables, ensure processes and procedures are followed (including technical standards, QA/QC procedures, project closeout)
* Meet defined project budget goals, project schedule, and deliverables
* Coordinate with corporate and divisional business development staff and contribute to divisional plans, assist with marketing and client maintenance
* Meet with clients and business development staff to develop white papers, presentations, proposal statements of work and pricing for potential projects
* Assist with staff recruitment and retention, provide input into employee evaluations and peer reviews; conduct employee evaluations as assigned; mentor new project managers and junior staff
* Complete accounting management tasks, include billing, accounts receivables, work in progress and project closeouts, corporate budget forms for project bookings, oversee financial reporting for all projects assigned to position
* Prepare and enter monthly backlog projections and resource loading into the automated corporate financial system
* Prepare program and project schedules in Microsoft Project or other client-required or division-required software, organize and transfer project files to company archives after project completion

Candidates with the following skills should explain related experience in their resume before submitting/applying:
* PMI training, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
Required Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree required or minimum 10 years experience required in lieu of degree
* Minimum five years working on projects in public safety radio with demonstrated project management experience
