Job Description

Employee shall be hired as a Project Manager for the purpose of planning a project and seeing that it is completed successfully, within the given deadline. The employee needs to have excellent management, language and presentation skills necessary to coordinate with the project team, clients and other stakeholders on behalf of the Company.

The position of Project Manager is the primary point?of?contact between the company and existing clients. The employee must possess certain important skills to be successful in the position. The project manager should have the following skills, as outlined below:

(i)Leadership qualities
(ii) Effective team management skills
(iii) Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
(iv) Ability to resolve conflicting situations
(v) Excellent business management and developmental skills
(vi) Computer or technical knowledge; MS Office, GIS knowledge and understanding
(vii) Financial management skills; the ability to develop and and manage project budgets
(viii) Effective problem solving skills

General functions of a Project Manager include:

(i) The project manager must be able to manage multiple projects at a time.
(ii) The project manager must provide daily oversight of all the projects under his supervision to ensure that all components of the project are completed on time.
(iii) The project manager is responsible for all planning processes required for effective completion of the project.
(iv) The project manager must work with the client to state the purpose of the project, to plan out the resources needed for the project, develop a project timeline, and chart out a budget plan.
(v) The project manager must develop and maintain a working relationship with clients and team members. The project manager is the link between eSite and all other parties.
(vi) The project manager must have the ability to deal with problems that may arise within the project team or issues with the clients.
(vii) The project manager should conduct regular meetings with team members regarding the status of the project and also to make certain changes and improvements, if necessary, to achieve the desired results are completed.
(viii) The project manager needs to prepare and present project reports on a regular basis.

Specific functions of this position include:

(i)Employee will be the on?site Project Manager for eSite projects at Harley Davidson.
(ii) Employee will be the primary day?to?day eSite contact with Harley Davidson
(iii) Employee will coordinate with Harley Davidson staff in the completion of projects, which may include, but are not limited to:
a. Development of new tools for Harley Davidsonb. Refinement of existing tools in use by Harley Davidson
c. Continuous evaluation and improvement of the eSite solution at Harley Davidson
d. Oversight of the ISEE dashboard project
(iv) Employee will provide assistance to other eSite clients as directed
(v) Create or participate in the development of client studies using eSite tools
(vi) Providing training to clients in the use of eSite tools
(vii) Provide Yellowfin reporting writing as requested
(viii) Provide Yellowfin report/dashboard modifications as requested
(ix) Create Yellowfin dashboards as requested
(x) Research data discrepancies within Yellowfin dashboards
(xi) Coordinate interaction between Yellowfin, eSite tools and other components
