SEH has an opening for a Scientist in their Superior, WI office. This is an entry-level position.
Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in natural resources or environmental studies area with 0 to 3 years of experience. Wetland delineation & permitting experience is desired. Experience with GIS mapping is a plus. Responsibilities include conduct fieldwork assignments involving aquatic, wetland, and upland environments under the direct supervision of an experienced Scientist and including preliminary report writing and management planning document preparation. Must be able to lift a minimum 20 pounds and walk and climb over rough terrain. A valid driver’s license is required. Occasional day trips may be required.
