Overview:
Burnett County is seeking applicants for a full time Land Records Technician position. This position provides technical support for the county addressing program, support and back up to the Real Property Lister, works with the Register of Deeds assisting in indexing and recordkeeping for real estate, personal property and vital records plus performs a variety of standard clerical duties of wide and varying scope.
Requirements:
Requires graduation from High School or GED equivalent plus real estate degree from a vocational / technical college plus 2 years of experience in office administration in real estate or land related field / mortgage, abstract firm or title company or equivalent combination of experience and training. Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook needed. Training in real estate title is preferred.
