Market Research Analyst

Continental Properties Company, Inc. is a dynamic and diverse national real estate development company headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Continental develops and manages retail, multifamily, and hospitality projects across the country.

We are looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Market Research Analyst in our Menomonee Falls office.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and analyze markets, trade areas, and sites for retail & multi-family development projects
• Identify second-generation (vacant) retail space opportunities
• Prepare maps/reports for retail & multi-family development projects
• Create/update retail & multi-family geodatabase layers
• Effectively distribute maps/reports/information using multiple channels/tools
• Coordinate with development teams to assist with early-recon for retail and multi-family projects
• Automate data analysis/maintenance tasks
• Provide research/mapping/data analysis support to multi-family operations, finance, and other internal customers

What we need:

• Bachelors Degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Planning, or related field
• Two to three years of related experience; ArcGIS and Business Analyst experience is required
• Strong (written and verbal) communication skills
• Exemplary presentation skills with an ability to confidently share relevant information to key stakeholders, including executives
• An unmatched attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Able to maintain an organized and efficient work environment
• Exercise good judgment and discretion when setting priorities and coping with competing demands
