Continental Mapping Consultants, Inc. is a leading provider of high quality, innovative and comprehensive photogrammetric mapping, land survey, and geospatial data solutions to private, public, and federal clients. We are headquartered in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin (suburban Madison), with branch offices in Indianapolis, IN; Kansas City, KS; and St. Louis, MO.
Continental Mapping is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for our Sun Prairie, WI office. Management duties will include overseeing a dedicated workforce. Qualified candidates must have proven management skills in federal geospatial data production, or a closely related field.
Required minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography or related geospatial science or equivalent professional experience
- Preferred three years management and supervisory experience in geospatial data production or closely related field
- Ability to manage resources across multiple sites
- Significant experience with one or more US federal agency geospatial programs with preference given to those with experience with GEOINT programs.
- Significant familiarity with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) products and specifications.
- Prior experience managing, scheduling and leading teams through complex project execution.
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and may require the ability to have or obtain and maintain and U.S. Government Security Clearance.
Preference may be given to candidates meeting the following qualifications in addition to those above:
- Previous geospatial data production experience (in particular, experience with large Government Agency Geospatial and Cartographic data, products and services), especially the collection of feature and terrain data from satellite imagery and other sources.
- Working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS, ArcSDE, FME, ERDAS Imagine, BAE Socet Set/GXP workflows.
