We are headquartered in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin (suburban Madison), with branch offices in Indianapolis, IN; Kansas City, KS; and St. Louis, MO.
Continental Mapping has immediate openings for Senior Geospatial Analysts in our Sun Prairie, WI and St. Louis, MO offices. The Senior Geospatial Analyst will extract feature and/or terrain data from a variety of sources and conduct research to fully prepare the data for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Geography or related geospatial science or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum five years geospatial production experience
- Excellent stereographic vision
- Demonstrated experience with ArcGIS and Socet Set
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and may require the ability to obtain and maintain and U.S. Government Security Clearance
Preference may be given to candidates meeting the following qualifications:
- Previous geospatial data production experience, especially the collection of feature and terrain data from satellite imagery
- Familiarity with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) products and specifications
- Experience performing quality control on geospatial datasets
- Experience leading small teams of production staff
Candidates must exhibit a positive attitude, have excellent communication and leadership skills, and have strong references.
