Quality Control Manager

Continental Mapping is currently seeking a Quality Control Manager in our Sun Prairie, WI or St. Louis, MO office.  The Quality Control Manager will lead a team of QC Analysts that check feature and terrain data to ensure it meets all client requirements prior to delivery.  Excellent communication skills are required to work with the clients.  Responsibilities include tracking quality metrics, documentation of QC processes, risk mitigation and root cause analysis along with corrective action plans.  Other Supervisory duties will include managing project resources and providing staff assistance to meet their career goals.  The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Geography or related geospatial science or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum five years geospatial production and quality control experience
• Minimum three years supervisory experience
• Excellent stereographic vision
• Demonstrated experience with ArcGIS and Socet Set
• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and may require the ability to obtain and maintain and U.S. Government Security Clearance

Preference may be given to candidates meeting the following qualifications:

• Previous geospatial data production experience, especially the collection of feature and terrain data from satellite imagery
• Familiarity with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) products and specifications
