Continental Mapping Consultants has an immediate opening for a QO Quality Coordinator Lead, located in our Sun Prairie, WI office.  The QO Quality Coordinator Lead will be a part of the newly formed Quality Office that will reside within the Project Management Office (PMO). The position will consolidate, coordinate and review the results of the production quality technicians. In addition, the QO Quality Coordinator will develop and follow the QO procedures and methodologies to continue internal process auditing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Reviews:

  • Perform independent review of project data against specifications.
  • Review all related quality work flow outputs (checklists, documentation, etc.) of the production QA/QC process to ensure compliance and completeness.
  • Approve data for release to the customer
  • Notify PM/VP/Team Lead of non-compliant data or processes
  • Review the quantified client quality feedback and present results to PM/VP and operations team lead

Internal Process Audit:

  • Ongoing review of operations procedures
  • Non-project specific – revisit and verify that procedures are being followed and current
  • Suggest changes relative to quality

Process Change Control:

  • Facilitate process change control
  • Ensure no unintended consequences of proposed production change
  • Work with operations to ensure proposed production process change does not have inadvertent quality consequences

Metrics:

  • Compilation and analysis of quality data
  • Qualifying and Quantifying the results
  • Analysis/audit of production processes – analyzing the output (Metrics) related to production  steps
  • Publish results (e.g., KPIs, first time right, client feedback assessments, etc.) in the form of metrics to the organization

  • Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience/client

  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and respond to problems as they occur with diplomacy, common sense, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically in the delivery of feedback and comments
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, recognizing problems and finding solutions
  • Ability to establish and maintain task priorities

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Associates or bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of quality control experience. Demonstrates participation in quality activities such as, but not limited to, frequent QC reporting analysis and review, metrics and documentation or reporting. Clinical Quality Measures (CQM) certification preferred.
