The Cityworks solution is an innovative and unique system that leverages the value and investment of GIS data.
Job Description:
This is a full-time salary position with benefits and a great working environment. The candidate will oversee an assigned geographical area within the Northeast region of the U.S. and work closely with existing clients within this area by helping with the following:
- Sustain and grow existing client accounts.
- Understand the customer’s needs and plan how to meet them.
- Identify new sales opportunities within an existing client account.
- Provide assistance in new sales opportunities as directed.
- Manage and solve conflicts that may arise with clients.
- Interact and coordinate with other staff members working on the same account.
- Keep current with software to inform clients of changes.
- Present GIS-Centric Asset Management at conferences.
We encourage a ‘team’ atmosphere to accomplish these responsibilities and goals. The candidate for this position will be required to travel.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, GIS, or related field (will consider various combinations of education and relevant work experience).
- Strong communication (verbally and written) and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Willingness to foster and develop customer relationships.
- Must be able to travel.
- Preference given to applicants with Local government experience.
