Real Estate Manager

The Real Estate Manager, will report ot the Director of Real Estate, provides support to the restaurant development process along with existing Franchisees and new franchise candidates, in their desire to open new locations, while enhancing value to the Culver’s brand.  They are responsible for the guests, franchisees, team members and stakeholders of all Culver’s Restaurants.

• Develop, enhance and maintain positive business relationships will all Franchise partners.
• Maintain Site Criteria for potential locations.
• Maintain Restaurant Development Book
• Manage the territory award program for approved franchisees and candidates. Present territories to be awarded
• Develop and maintain relations with the real estate and development community.
• Assist franchisees with their search for suitable locations.
• Present sites for approval.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for Site Criteria parameters.
• Create and maintain development plans for markets
• Advise franchisees and candidates of anticipated acquisition and permitting difficulties, and assist in advising identification of solutions.
• Maintain Real Estate information available on the extranet.
• Respond to Real Estate Inquiries
• Generate Site Approval Package for CfSi Officer approval.
• Give input on the development of new territories.

Four year college or university and two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. GIS experience is a plus.
