GIS Intern/LAND RECORDS ASSISTANT
Sauk County Management Information Systems Department has a full-time, LTE summer position available. This employee will be responsible for digitizing a diversity of land records utilized by a variety of departments within Sauk County. Entering and retrieving data of graphic entities using a database management system. Explore the latest technology as it relates to land records, GPS, ESRI, GIS equipment.
This position is anticipated to begin at the end of May and be completed at the end of August.
Necessary Requirements: Minimum age 18. Students pursuing a GIS certification or majoring in geographical studies, cartography computer science or other related fields, preferred.
Hiring Rate $11.00 to $12.00 per hour, based on experience.
