Wilcox Environmental Engineering, Inc. has an opening for an entry-level Staff Data/GIS Analyst at its Cedarburg (Milwaukee) location. The Staff Data/GIS Analyst position entails processing and uploading data to the database, following data management and quality control procedures, assisting project staff with reporting data and developing GIS based reporting tools. This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Geographical Information Systems, Database Management, or a related science/environmental field and will be proficient in MS Excel, Word and Access.
Preferred candidates will also be strongly proficient in EQuIS Database Software, ArcGIS or other GIS software, SQL, Visual Basic, HTML, Python, or other database programing code. Please provide salary requirements in cover letter.
