The University of Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute and State Historical Society of Wisconsin (SHSW) have produced diving guides for seven of Wisconsin’s Lake Superior shipwrecks.
These maps include GPS and LORAN positioning information. Besides indicating where each wreck is located, prominent structures are labeled, brief histories are provided, and diving conditions such as visibility, bottom type, and water temperature are reported.
