Skylar joined the SCO in 2017, specializing in web application development. He is a student in the Computer Science Certificate program at UW-Madison, and earned a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Law from SUNY Binghamton. Aside from coding, he enjoys the outdoors, baseball, and reading sci-fi.
