2006 ESRI Wisconsin User Group call for presentations

The ESRI Wisconsin User Group is looking for presenters for their annual conference to be held November 1st and 2nd in Appleton at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel.   Presentations are invited on broad subjects of interest to ESRI users, and may include:

Technical and “How-To” presentations on the use of ESRI software

  • ArcIMS
  • ArcSDE
  • ArcGIS
  • ArcGIS & ArcIMS Extensions
  • ArcGIS Engine
  • ArcGIS Server
  • ArcPad
  • Programming: VB, VBA, .Net, Java, Python, etc…

Applications of ESRI software

  • Government: Land Use Planning, Property Assessment, Land Information, Addressing
  • Public Works & Utilities: Water, Sewer, Stormwater, Telecommunications, Routing, Modeling
  • Business Geographics: Economic Development, Location Analysis, Marketing, Real Estate
  • Public Safety: E911 & Response, Crime and Investigated Analysis, Sex Offender Notifications
  • Transportation: Roadway Management, Mass Transit, Fleet Management
  • Social Services, Public Health and Healthcare: Epidemiology, Monitoring Service Areas
  • Student Presentations: Students using ESRI GIS are encouraged to present their work.
  • Cartography
  • Vendor Presentations

  • Names, title and affiliations of presenter(s)

Each presentation will receive one free conference registration. All presenters will receive a free EWUG T-shirt. There will be 30 minute and 45 minute presentations slots available. LCD projectors will be available. Please bring your own laptop.
