Final program published for Geospatial Summit at UW-Madison

The final program is now available for the Geospatial Summit at UW-Madison on April 26, 2012. The program includes a keynote talk by David DiBiase, Director of Education Industry Solutions at Esri, entitled “Ways forward for GIS education”. A series of 19 talks will also be delivered by geospatial experts at UW-Madison, UW-Eau Claire, UW-La Crosse, UW-Stevens Point, UW-Extension, state government, and the private sector. In addition, several informal meetings have been set up to discuss coordination efforts across campuses and new curriculum initiatives.

The Geospatial Summit will happen on Thursday, April 26, 2012, from 9:00 am – 12:00 p.m. in the Union South building on UW-Madison campus.
