Attend the Career Fair at the 2024 UW-Madison Geospatial Summit

In case you haven’t heard, the 2024 UW-Madison Geospatial Summit will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, from 10 am to 3:30 pm, at the Gordon Dining and Event Center – Symphony Room
770 W Dayton St, Madison.

The Geospatial Summit is an opportunity to share geospatial research and program updates, employment and internship opportunities, and new ideas and initiatives.

Summit attendees include students, staff and faculty at UW–Madison and other Universities of Wisconsin campuses, staff from government agencies at all levels, representatives from the private sector and non-profits, and the general public.

The Summit is free and open to all.

The 2024 Summit will feature the ever-popular Career Fair from 1:15-3:30 pm.

There will be a Career Panel at 1:15 pm featuring Blake Draper (US Geological Survey in Middleton – Web Informatics and Mapping), Tobin McGilligan (CARTO, and a UW-Madison alum), Caroline Rose (Wisconsin Geological and Natural History Survey, also a UW-Madison alum), and Mousa Diabat (NV5 Geospatial).

After the Panel, representatives from geospatial agencies and companies will be present to talk about what they do and potential opportunities they have to offer to prospective students. This year, the following organizations will be attending:
