The most recent WIGICC (Wisconsin Geographic Information Coordination Council) newsletter recaps the details of the statewide educational site license between Esri and the Wisconsin Department of Instruction. The license provides all public and private K-12 schools and afterschool programs in Wisconsin with access to the Esri ArcGIS suite of GIS software.
