The Wisconsin Emergency Management (WEM) GIS needs assessment final report is now available for viewing. The 458-page report, produced by ESRI through a contractal agreement with WEM, is based on interviews with GIS users, and identification and analysis of GIS needs within WEM programs, and GIS needs in other state, local, and federal agencies as they relate to WEM and emergency menagement. WEM is a division of the Wisconsin Dept. of Military Affairs located in Madison.
