Julio Rivera, Professor of Geography and Earth Science at Carthage College, and a former education-sector representative to the Wisconsin Geographic Information Coordination Council (WIGICC), recently took on a new role as Provost for Carthage College.
Rivera, who started in his new post on August 1st, was interviewed by the Kenosha News where he reflected on the change from Professor to administrator.
