The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) will host a set of public Webinars on August 11th and 15th to introduce a FY17 LiDAR funding opportunity and provide a summary of the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) application procedures. If you can’t make one of these dates, the Webinars will be recorded for later viewing.
The FY16/FY17 Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for 3D Elevation Program (3DEP) is scheduled to be released in August 2016, and will provide detailed information on how to partner with the USGS and other Federal agencies to acquire high-quality 3D Elevation data.
Wisconsin has a history of successful proposals to the 3DEP program in both federal FY2016 and FY2015. Projects happening this year in Wisconsin received a total of $662,200 through the 3DEP program.
